This popular trail run co-hosted by the City of Cape Town, Friends of BCA and the West Coast Athletics Club, is held again this year. The Table Bay Mall proved popular as starting point last year, and we hope to see all trail run enthusiasts there again this year!

There is a major change in the race format this year: The distance of the main event has been increased to 21km from 16km and now includes the historical Battle for Blaauwberg Battlefield as part of the route.
